2. Linda will discuss staging options and help facilitate presenting your home in the best possible light.

3. Howard Hanna will install a large, quality sign in your yard to let everyone know your home is available. Riders will be placed on the sign directing people to more information on our web site.

4. Photographs will be taken by a professional photographer to showcase your home in the best possible way.

5. A high-quality brochure will be developed by our on-staff graphic artist. Brochures will be available on the yard sign.

6. Dave will produce a professional video highlighting the specific features of your home. According to Realtor.com, listings with videos get 78% more click-throughs on websites like Zillow and Trulia, so this is important! With Dave’s award-winning 20 years of experience in video marketing, our listings stand out from the crowd. 

7. For your safety and security, we use the most up-to-date, electronic lock boxes. These boxes track who is entering your home and when. The lockbox can be set electronically to deny entry during certain times of the day, such as 9pm to 9am (when you are asleep!).

8. As a licensed contractor, Dave has building experience and can help you discover any problems that might derail the sales process before they become an issue. 

9. Because of Howard Hanna’s exclusive relationship with Zillow and Trulia, your listing will be “enhanced”. This means that your home’s page is not cluttered with ads for other products or properties. The entire focus of the page is about your home.

10. As appropriate, we will hold a broker’s open house as well as public open houses. Open houses will be advertised in the Ann Arbor News, on this web site and through boosted Facebook posts.

11. We will provide you with regular updates of what is going on with the sale of your home – from open house responses and feedback from private showings, to responses received from the various real estate web sites.
